Man is a social animal. He can never live in isolation. He lives by interacting with various people in society. Families were developed mainly to enhance this quality of man. In ancient times men used to live I joint families with his parents and forefathers. Nearly fifty people used to live in a single house. Even before thirty to forty years joint families were much in common. But with the advent of time nuclear families started appearing and joint families started disappearing slowly. This is due to the present lifestyles and economic conditions where people mostly leave their hometowns and migrate to metros for better prospects. So the parents tend to remain in their home towns . We still miss the great time we had with our grandpas and grandmas
